Last week I missed the #HIIT workout because I was on vacation so this week it will be a double header so lets play catch up.
Below is week 8 it's the longest I have ever put together (time wise) so hopefully everyone will still be able to complete it and survive!
Remember to just do your best, drink lots of water and take a rest if it gets to much.
